With the constant rain fall, and the rising of the water of the ocean and the rivers, the humans have become nervous that something terrible is going to happen. Their worst fear is confirmed when the small town is suddenly on a hurricane watch, and they are all told to evacuate. Most of the humans listen to the warning, and leave the town, also leaving their pets behind for they were told they would be safe enough in the confinements of the home. But will the pets be safe if the flood waters keep raising? Not only are the pets in danger of drowning in their homes, the strays are in danger of being killed in the storm if they don't find shelter.
