ROLE PLAY SAMPLE:Queen Ellylon felt something inside her ease as she saw Ronja bow at her. Had she been worried that members of her own court would stop respecting her someday? Ellylon wasn't sure. She had to keep a firm grip on everyone, and she sometimes had to be more than a little cold to ensure that she is respected and the court is at peace. The thought of peace brought her mind to the upcoming Peace Ceremony. She wondered if they'd gathered the three virgin mortals for the sacrifice, and then she found herself worrying over which knight would be sent to the Atra court. Her nose wrinkled slightly. She felt protective of all of her knights, and didn't want to send any of them, especially her little brother. Ellylon wished she could disregard that rule, throw it in Arethusa's face. But her people needed peace for a while, a rest from the fighting.
'Not intentionly your majesty.'
Ellylon gave her a slight smile then reached up and plucked another pair of cherries from the tree. Just as before, she took both of the little fruit into her mouth at once. When she was finished, Ellylon repeated the actions from before, placing a spell on the little seeds before throwing them as far as she could. Her attention went back to the Atra Court lady on the ground below.
'Would you like me to leave?'
Ellylon's lips curved again, this time the smile a little brighter, a little more genuine, "Stay if you wish." She paused, appearing as if she wre thinking something over, then spoke again, "You could join me up here." The queen didn't make it an order, nor was it a request. It was merely an option. Sure she'd wanted to get away from politics and policies, but she was sure that Ronja would not want to speak of such things. Though the upcoming ritual was more likely to come up in conversation.
Suddenly something sprang to the front of her mind in regards to this lovely little fae, "I hear that you have been spending time with the bard. Have you taken interest in composing music?"
